All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Hung Up On You is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to resend.
